Kamol has been involved with Waco Juniors from the start, helping the club seen start here in Central Texas. He has coached at several different high school programs around the area and helped numerous athletes gain college scholarships to play at the next level. Kamol is a very detailed fundamentals coach that brings teams to play at a higher level increasing IQ as well as skill. We are honored to have him be involved with our Directors Player Development role for the entrie club as well as so hands on with clinics and training. We have seen his success yearly through the national teams he coaches and are lucky to have him continue his loyalty with Waco Juniors.
Kelby moved to Waco in January 2022. She grew up in Midlothian, Tx and played Libero and Outside Hitter at Midlothian High School. She earned Academic All District and Defensive Player of the Year 2 years in a row. After high school she went on to play 2 years of volleyball for Lee College. During her time at Lee College she earned the starting Libero position and many awards throughout her time there. This is her second year coaching and first year coaching volleyball at Waco Juniors. She is currently earning her certification to be an Esthetician and is excited to start her coaching career with us. Kelby is passionate about volleyball and loves to encourage her players to be the best version of themselves. She cannot wait to start her legacy at Waco Juniors.
Lauren is a Waco native and played at Midway as a Setter turned Libero. She played for Waco Juniors for 5 years and all four years in college starting at Hill College and finishing at Henderson State University in Arkansas with top ten national holdings for digs per set and aces. She has been with Waco Juniors since moving back in 2014 and will be starting her 9th season as a head coach as well as 5th year as a Co-Director of the club. During this time Lauren has coached two top 5 National Tournament finishing teams as well as helped numerous players continue at the D1, D2 and top Ju-Co levels. She loves the seeing the kids grow in our program on and off the court and hopes to continue to assist in promoting the Central Texas Region in this sport.
Margaret played at Tav, Tejas and finished out her high school club career at Dallas Premier. In High School she was a four year letter at Euless Trinity High School. Upon graduation she earned a scholarship to play college volleyball at Stephen F. Austin and played as a setter/DS. The program earned 3 conference titles, 2 conference tournament titles, and 2 NCAA appearances while Margaret was there. After receiving her undergraduate degree she transferred to Mississippi State University for her senior year of collegiate volleyball as a grad transfer.
Margaret was awarded a COVID year and continued to play at Mississippi State where she had a record breaking season, getting second in the SEC. During this year Mississippi State also had their first tournament appearance. She was able to start her coaching career at a Level Elite with 15's. She is now in her first season as the head high school Varsity volleyball coach at Robinson High School.
Rachel grew up learning to love and play volleyball in Central Texas and spent the last 7 years coaching in the area with achievements including:
2016- Bi- District Champion, 2017- Area Champion, FCA Victory Bowl Coach 2017, 2018- State Semi-Finalists, Super Centex Coach of the Year 2018, 2019- Regional Quarter Finalist , 2020- District Co-District Champions/ Regional Quarter Finalist, District 17-3A Coach of the Year 2020.
Before moving back to Central Texas in 2014, Rachel spent 6 years coaching, teaching, and mentoring in North Texas. We are excited to see her gain accolades with our Club in the coming seasons as a new WJVC Coach!

Rylie Graduated from Robinson High School where she was a starting setter for 4 years at the varsity level. She continued her education and volleyball career at Texas A&M Commerce where she competed as starting setter for 3 years accumulating one championship ring. Rylie then transferred to Texas State University to finish her last season. There she graduated with a Degree in Education as well as accumulating another championship ring. Rylie Has been playing volleyball for 14 years and continues to play on her own time.
Rylie has been coaching club for 3 years. One year at Austin Juniors Volleyball Club and 3 years at United VBA. She is looking to find a coaching job and/or work with Parks and Recreation. She is passionate about the game of volleyball and enjoys helping young girls gain more knowledge of the sport. We can't wait to see her add her success to our program!

McKenzie Tuyo is a decorated local player from Lorena, Tx. In her high school career she led her team deep into the playoffs three years in a row earning a deserved starting outside hitting position as an aggressive small sized hitter. Her accolades from her career range form Super Centex awards to district MVP. She has played volleyball from 10 years old and learned her skills with ball control and competitive offense from the Waco Juniors program during her developmental years. She continued on to Henderson State University in Arkansas where she was recruited to be a 6 rotation outside hitter. She will finish her college degree at Tarleton State this December and is excited to start her second season as a head coach for Waco Juniors!
Madison is entering into her5th year coaching for Waco Juniors and 8th year coaching club. She played for club volleyball for 6 years and played for Bushland High School for three years before she had to end her playing career early. During her time at Bushland she was a Setter and Outside Hitter leading her team to two state appearances , winning the 2A state championship during a season. We are excited to see Madison share her love and knowledge to the kids in our program.
Keeley was a setter and outside hitter for the Waco Jrs. Volleyball Club from ages 13-17 (years 2010-2015) and also played for Midway High School my freshman and sophomore year.
She was the head coach for Vanguard College Preparatory School’s middle school volleyball team from 2017-2020 and, currently still, assisting Vanguard’s varsity volleyball team. She has been head coaching for Waco Jrs since 2018 and is currently coordinator for the youth developmental programs and clinics at the facility. Keeley has made a huge impact on the fundamentals of the younger athletes in our program and we are so happy she calls Waco Juniors her volleyball home.
Kaitlyn is a former Midway volleyball varsity member for two seasons as an OH Hitter. She won Blocker of the Year, 2 years in a row, Second Team All-District during this time. She played club for Waco Juniors top team from 2016-2019, and earned a spot to nationals my senior year. After graduating high school, Kaitlyn earned a full scholarship to Hill College where she played two years as a starting outside hitter, middle blocker, and right-side hitter. Post graduation In May 2020 with my Associate’s, she had to discontinue college volleyball due to two shoulder injuries. She is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree and has been a coach for WJVC since 2019, where she started as an assistant for the 12 Black team.
Sherry coached at Midway for over 20 yrs at the middle school and JV level for volleyball. She is a decorated softball coach leaving a legacy at the High school level. She has been a part of the Waco Jrs program off and on since coaching Keeley Brister in 2011 and 2012. She joined back up with Keeley to be her assistant in 2018 and has been out of coaching retirement ever since. She does an awesome job running the youth leagues at Waco Jrs and helping the younger players fall in love with the game early! She is a great community engagement leader and has been assisting in the Volley for Molly tournament each year that Waco Juniors proudly supports.

Ryan Porter has helped the Waco Juniors program turn into a competitive force since his takeover in the director role from 2008-2021. He is a seasoned coach with several players moving onto the next level under his leadership. He was a setter and hitter in college and has been part of the Midway Panther Volleyball program leading them to a State Title as well as several deep runs into the 6A district here in Central Texas. His coaching speaks for itself with most of his player earning district awards and been successful at the college level in the same way. His knowledge of the game and love for the kids is what has helped our program the most with the motivation of family behind it. We look forward to having him back on the sidelines this season.
