MANDATORY Parent/player meeting info

Please fill out all of the required information online that can be access prior to the parent meeting in the section below or on-site with QR codes during the scheduled time for your team.

If you cannot make the schedule meeting time understand there is the option to make another time slot however you will need to catch up with your coaches on your own for missed information regarding their expectations. All meeting with be held at the WAC Facility.
